Check Physical Connections

Ensure the WAN port is properly connected to your modem or wall-mounted network port. If your modem has multiple ports, connect to the correct one (usually the leftmost) and verify the cable is secure. If your router has WAN/LAN self-adaptive ports, any port can be used.

Also, check the fibre cable from the ONT (Optical Network Terminal) to the router for bends, pinches, or damage, and ensure the fibre signal is active (no red LOS light).
